    Stir Fried Shrimp and Mushrooms, Another handwritten page in my folder, pulled for dinner tonight. It is very simple, and can be prepared in less time if you buy cooked and deveined shrimp., Very bland. Suggestion, dont add to much water… make chic broth 1/4 the water, fresh lemon juice, add some cayenne, snap peas, salt, pepper and few dashes of soy sauce. Much better than….blah, Thanks for sharing, quick simple and flavorful. I added zucchini and carrots and served over quinoa instead of starchy nutrient empty rice for a super healthy protein packed meal.

    Saute Garlic in Oil, in Skillet or Wok For 1 Minute.

    Add Shrimp, Mushrooms and Onions.
