Smoky Clam Chowder, , lm sorry, maybe I’m missing something. I don’t see how many clams to add, or how much flour. It seems like the ingredients list is not quite complete. It seems like getting the clams right is pretty important to the making of clam chowder., Made this recipe for our Christmas eve family get-together . It was a very big hit I have made clam chowder before but the liquid smoke in this recipe really gave it wonderful flavor . Everyone raved about it will make it again .
