Yooper Smoked Fish Dip, We got some great smoked whitefish from a local place and wanted to make a dip Here is the result It was a hit with our guests , used 1/2# of smoked herring It was wonderful , Great recipe! I made this with leftover fish we smoked for a party It was a combination of tuna and salmon The fish was already seasoned and smoked with a mix of Mr Yoshida, Old Bay, and Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning Therefore I omitted the garlic pepper seasoning and added just the garlic I also added a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and chili pepper for zip Really great so don’t be afraid to use left over fish from something else! This is good serves on crackers and any kind of raw veggie! This recipe is a keeper!
