Smoked Sausage, Taters, Peppers and Onions Country Style,Simple One Pot Meal,Not as healthy, but we like this done in a skillet with olive oil. I fry the potatoes and peppers first. Then when they are almost done I add the sausage. Salt and pepper on the table if someone wants it, but the sausage is enough spice for us. Sometimes I add cabbage to the skillet. Yum,This was surprisingly very good, given how simple the recipe is. I didn’t add any extra seasonings, but the sausage flavored everything very nicely. used both red and green bell peppers and kielbasa.
