Spinach Artichoke Quiche, For RSC 11, this can be an appetizer, or lunch, This quiche recipe is fantastic! Easy to make and came out delicious I always mix half and half with the milk, but this quiche does not need it The artichoke hearts and the cheeses make it rich enough I think next time I’ll add some sun dried tomatoes and pre bake the crust like it says in the review by krasnesky1 Thanks for the tip!
