Spinach Bread, This is a beautiful potluck item, besides tasting like a little bit of heaven I’ve made it for years and got the recipe from one of our potlucks at work years ago , I took it to a potluck last night and everyone was raving about it I will admit that I did up the garlic to 3 cloves but I always up the garlic in recipes I also added some fresh grated parmesean cheese simply because I like it For some reason it took longer that the listed time for mine to bake I was going to serve some marinara sauce eith it but forgot to bring it No one seemed to miss it , I just finished baking this and eating a slice Very good I was going to leave out the sausage because I only wanted spinach bread, but my fiance convinced me not to I’m glad I listened, the sausage is really great in this I added an extra 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning, but I believe I’ll add even more next time, I like the herbs Good bread, makes a lot too
