    Add Tomatoes and Tofu and Cook 5 Minutes Over Medium Heat.

    Stir Soup Slowly With a Spoon in One Direction; With Other Hand, Slowly Pour Beaten Egg Onto the Surface of the Soup, Allowing It to Form Threads.
