You might think it will be dry but it certainly isnt and is fine by itself!, Whoa- this was good! used lowfat club crackers and thin cut chicken breasts and did add some salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to the crumbs. Easy, easy, tasty tasty. Can’t wait to make again!

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Cut Fat Off Chicken and Cut in Half Width.

    Crush Crackers Into Tiny Pieces and Them Mix With Cheese and Parsley.
