Tuscan Mushroom Hors D’ Oeuvres, A yummy vegetarian appetizer from Everyday Italian , I loved these! The recipe made the perfect amount of filling for the mushrooms used canned peppers, and scallions and basil that Id frozen from my garden this summer I loved the flavour! These were relatively quick and easy , The kalamata olives seemed to overpower everything else For us, there was nothing that made the dish stand out in a positive way The ‘basics’ are there, like the mushrooms were done just right and the filling was generous in each mushroom with none left over Maybe I’ll try this again with a bit less olive and maybe some garlic powder?
