Tapas Style Sausage in White Wine, Nice filling hot tapas to add some heft to a tapas style meal , I made this with my own seitan Italian sausage and it was fantastic Brought it to a tapas diner party with my meat eating friends and every bit of it was gone Its just wonderful!!, I know this is a Tapas dish and should be eaten with scumptious bread to soak up the juices but I didn’t have any so I mixed it with some penne and some arugula leaves Absolutely heavenly!!
