3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup broth, from giblet boil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
