Scalloped Potato Gratin, I found this recipe on the food network site and it is by Tyler Florence. It was from the “Christmas made easy” episode. Sounds really good and received high ratings from the reviewers. Note: I usually find that I need to cook my potatoes for an hour or more, but wrote his specific directions., Can I make ahead, Made this for the first time for our Christmas dinner. It went great with the ham and was a huge hit. The only difference was that used “mini gold” potatoes. I’ll be making it again for New Year’s Eve. It’s so easy!
