Scalloped Potatoes and Ham,,We left the pan in five minutes too long resulting in delicious burnt cheese. It was delicious. Ill be coming back to this recipe often.,This is the BEST recipe for scalloped potatoes EVER!!!! I’ve probably made this 20 times over the past couple years. My wife who “doesn’t like” scalloped potatoes even requests this! I like to use sharp cheddar and asiogo cheese in mine, but other than that, I stay true to the recipe.

Melt Butter in Large Sauce Pan Over Low Heat; Blend in Flour, Salt, and Pepper. |

Cook, Stirring Constantly, For About 1 Minute. Remove from Heat Gradually Stir in Milk. |
