Directions
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham,,I made a half-recipe for my family of 2. It made 4 dinner-sized servings. I added 1 cup of peas, and served asparagus along side. Delicious! This is an easy recipe that could be prepped the night before, and have a kid put it in the oven after school, and have dinner ready for the family later. It takes 1 1/2 hours to cook, so it’s not a quick dinner for after you get home.,We left the pan in five minutes too long resulting in delicious burnt cheese. It was delicious. Ill be coming back to this recipe often.
