Swedish Pot Roast, A different sort of roast. Slightly sweet with an unusual blend of spices. This was one of my son’s favorite meals when he was young., I have been making this recipe for the past 50 years in my Presto Pressure Cooker. It became a family favorite! It is delicious and the sweet flavor is different than in most roasts. I have never done it in a slow cooker since I still use the pressure cooker I received as a wedding gift 54 years ago, but I’m sure it is just as good., A friend gave me this recipe about 30 years ago and we have been making it ever since. The meat is succulent and the gravy is great over mashed potatoes………. thanks for posting!
