Sea Bass with Citrus and Soy, Simple, elegant and healthy, too! What more can you ask from any recipe? Serve with steamed rice to complement this delightful dish with an Asian flare!, Fond memory of Chilean Sea Bass in Santiago, Chile with family on a South American Cruise. I just cooked this using your recipe as I had 505 Hatch Mango Salsa on hand. Marinated in soy and orange juice just thirty minutes, Sauteed on high heat, got it black on both sides covered with that salsa. Served alone, no sides. Best dinner in like forever., This was delicious. I didn’t have pineapple juice though, but I’ll have to try that next time around. I added lemon and lime juice as well. I baked the fish instead and it was great. Thanks!
