2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 (120 g) can crabmeat
8 cooked shrimp, cut in half
4 large cooked scallops, cut in large chunks

      In a Large Skillet, Saute Onions,Celery,Mushroom and Garlic in the Oil Until Softened.
