Seafood Dinner, It’s seafood and it’s dinner… fish, shrimp, and scallops simmered in broth that is very tasty!, This recipe was absolutely delicious I will definitely make again. Couple little tweaks first of all doing low carb so I only used 8 oz of salsa increase the chicken stock to a cup and a half cut down on the cook time to about 4 minutes when you add shrimp and scallops. Husband loved it!, This recipe sounds delicious but the cooking time sounds too long for seafood. Will the shrimp and Scallops be rubbery after all that cooking time?

Heat Olive Oil and Butter Over Medium Heat. |

Cut Fish Into Large Chunks and Sprinkle With Salt and Pepper, to Taste and Brown Lightly in Oil and Butter About 1 Minute Per Side. |

Cut Lemon in Half, Squeeze Juice Into Pan. |
