Seafood or Chicken Puffs, These cheesy puffs are really tasty! Use any filling you wish if these don’t suit your needs , I prepared these puffs and used my own chicken salad recipe to fill Everyone loved them I was pleased with how simple the recipe was to prepare I made the puffs slightly smaller and more bite-sized I was afraid that the swiss cheese would compete with the the flavor of the filling, but found it to be an excellent savory compliment I will make these again and try the recommended fillings , Hi Barbara, these were 1 of 3 appetizers I made for a dinner party on Saturday night They were a big hit I found them easy to make I doubled the recipe and never changed a thing I made the seafood filling, next time I will try the chicken or as you suggested both Thanks so much for posting, its a keeper
