Seafood Pizza,This was created to mimic the wonderful seafood pizza we used to enjoy at Pizzeria Uno in Cincinnati Ohio. It’s especially easy with a boboli crust but making your own crust may taste better. I recommend using the fake crab rather than canned, but fresh crab would be best. It’s rich and delicious. I love to dip it in cocktail sauce. YUMMY!!,I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding some alfredo sauce to the crust before adding ingredients. I also added onion to the sauteed garlic. It was amazing,Yum, this was amazing! Our local pizza place stopped offering seafood pizza so I wanted to see if I could make my own, I loved your recipe. Made as directed, except that I brushed my raw crust with olive oil and sprinkled with pizza seasoning before baking. After baking the raw crust I brushed alfredo sauce on before applying the mozzarella and seafood mixture. Sprinkled salt and pepper and added cheddar and parm, and drizzled olive oil over the top of the whole thing before baking with toppings. The whole family loved it and I will definitely make it again.
