    Wash and Scrub Potatoes, Then Cut Into Quarters.

    Put Oil and Seasoned Salt in a Large Zip Lock Bag. Add Potatoes and Shake Well.

    Place Potatoes on a Sheet Pan and Place in 400 Degree Oven Until Fork Tender.
