Well if you must, you can try substituting it with 2 parts light corn syrup and 1 part molasses or equal parts of honey and light corn syrup , Made this to top the Vanilla-Fudge Marble Cake, and it was very good used one Tbsp each of corn syrup and honey which, for me, made the perfect consistency I will use this again Thanks!, This is soooo easy, not to mention excellent! I also used it to top the Fudge Marble cake and was thrilled with the result My Reason For Living (RFL), who is NOT a big chocolate fan just loved it!!! used the corn syrup and honey and as suggested by PKL in the previous review, increased it to 2 Tbsp of each ending up with the perfect consistency to drizzle and then to set up on the cake Thanks so much for sharing your recipe!
