Thanks for sharing.,I made it today…and they were a step ahead of being perfect….i mean it was simply delicious… well i didnt have any cherries for the eyes, they just had their smiles…i had planned to serve it after dinner…but its already gone…some of them got burnt…but they were the most delicious ones too…they are just so soft…and puffy and the coconut mix inside is just heaven, the moment you put it into your mouth…and its gone…simply yummy! thanks a lot for posting the recipe!
