    Dredge Chicken in Flour Mix, Shake Off Excess.

    Spray Skillet With Non-Stack Spray.

    Add Chicken to Warm Skillet and Cook Till Done.

    Transfer to Holding Plate.

    Reduce Heat Combine the Soy Sauce and Sugar in Skillet and Cook Until Sugar Dissolves.
