    Cube Chicken Breast Into Inch by Inch Squares. Dip Into Eggs, Then Roll Into Flour, Then Dip Back Into Egg, Then Roll Into Corn Starch.

    I Like to Use a Flat Bottom Wok but Use Any Large Pan.
