Directions
Sesame-Maple Roasted Tofu, This quick and healthy dinner pairs creamy tofu and crispy snap peas (or broccoli) with a tahini-maple sauce. Serve with udon noodles or rice. If you are using broccoli, roast it with the tofu. From EatingWell Magazine., Delicious! Added extra maple syrup, and make sure to keep an eye on it, I found the cooking time a bit too long. (But I have a wacky old oven), This was absolutely delicious! I added an extra tablespoon of maple syrup….because I’m a maple syrup addict. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to have this again. Thanks for an awesome recipe!
