Sesame Noodle Salad

This is quick and delicious, and what I love is that it can be mad ahead. I added finely diced fresh tomatoes to it as well. To prepared ahead, I cooked the linguine, added scallions, and refrigerated. I added a bit of sesame oil to this to keep it moist and covered it with saran wrap. Prepare the sauce and refrigerate until ready to mix and serve!

Sesame Noodle Salad, This tastes just like the sesame noodles at a chinese restaurant. You can add grilled chicken to the salad to make it a main dish, This is quick and delicious, and what I love is that it can be mad ahead. I added finely diced fresh tomatoes to it as well. To prepared ahead, I cooked the linguine, added scallions, and refrigerated. I added a bit of sesame oil to this to keep it moist and covered it with saran wrap. Prepare the sauce and refrigerate until ready to mix and serve!, I love this stuff!! I’ve been wanting to make something like this for awhile and finally had all ingredients on hand. Easy to mix up and such an intense fantastic sesame flavor! used thin spaghetti (the kind that’s part whole wheat) and I added a can of sliced water chestnuts and 8 oz of fresh bean sprouts, blanced for about a minute. The only thing I didn’t add was green onions, since I didn’t have those and don’t like much onion flavor anyway. I can’t stay out of these noodles and will definitely be making them again. Yum!
