toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour

Sesame-Sour Cream Meatballs

    Made this tonight by the book as always with my first run recipes. I was expecting more of an asian flavor so next time I might switch to freshly grated ginger, a bit more soy sauce, a few drops of sesame oil, garlic and maybe a dash of rice wine viniger. It still turned out great though; closly resembling a beef stroganoff flavor.

    Combine First Eight Ingredients in a Large Bowl.

    Shape Into 1" Balls.

    Heat Oil & Butter Over Medium Heat in Skillet.

    Add Meatballs and Brown on All Sides.

    Add Broth and Cover & Simmer For 5 to 10 Minutes.

    Prepare Sour Cream Sauce by Melting Butter in Small Saucepan.

    Blend in Flour, Ginger, and Salt and Cook Until Bubbly.

    Add Beef Broth and Cook Until Thickened, Stirring Constantly.
