Sesame Soy Cream Cheese Spread

    I got this from a friend years ago. Super simple to make. The combination sounds weird, but it works. Use more or less soy sauce to you taste. I like to serve this with Triscuit crackers. This needs to be made at least 4 hours ahead of serving time, but overnight is best. This will last a week in the refrigerator, covered. Enjoy!

    Put Cheese in a Container Just Big Enough to Hold It.

    With a Fork, Poke Holes in Top and Bottom of Cheese.

    Slowly Pour Soy Sauce Over Cheese. Cover and Refrigerate For at Least 4 Hours, Turning Several Time to Let the Flavors Blend.

    When Ready to Serve, Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds Over Top Covering Completely.

    Serve With Triscuits or Your Favorite Crackers.
