Shadow’s Cheese Fries, Source shadows, A very tasty way and alternative way of making chips (fries) into a starter dish – which is what I did this lunchtime We had them before lunch with the dip and exactly as the recipe stated; I substituted the cheeses for a mixture of Cheddar, Gruyere & Wensleydale it was wonderful! I oven baked these by the way, as I don’t do deep fried food very often – I think with the fried topping and cheese, by far the best way is to oven bake them all the time, which I will do in the future I cooked this for friends who came to over this lunchtime – sadly, there are no photos which I LOVE to take of ALL my reviewed recipes, as my batteries were flat! Another time!
