Sheila’s Smoked Tuna Dip, This is a Great Seafood Appetizer It is easy and cheap to make but taste like a million I assure you it is a crowd pleaser , I made this twice I followed the recipe to the letter the first time and ended up having to throw it out No one would eat it because 5 Tablespoons of liquid smoke was WAY overpowering The second time around I added 2 T of liquid smoke and cut the Mrs Dash down to 2 T as well It got two thumbs up the second go ’round , Made as directed except manufacturers don’t make tuna in the 6 oz can now Because of the smaller can (5 oz), I decreased the liquid smoke by 1 tablespoon I let it marinate for about 2 hours then completed the last steps We found the liquid smoke to be overpowering I think next time I will do 2 tablespoons and see where that takes me Still, overall this is a good, inexpensive dip Thanks for sharing
