    Combine Soy Sauce, Vinegar, and Sugar. Microwave For 30 Seconds and Stir to Dissolve the Sugar.

    Put the Eggs in a Pot of Water and Bring to a Boil. Turn Off the Heat, Let Sit For 6 Minutes.

    Take Eggs Out of the Pot and Put Them in an Ice Water Bath, Until They Are Cool to the Touch.

    Peel the Eggs and Put Them in a Zip-Lock Bag With the Soy Marinade.

    Marinade For 12 Hours, Rolling the Eggs Around Occasional For Uniform Coverage.

    Note: the Yokes Should Come Out Glossy. If You Want Your Yolks Firmer, Leave in the Pot For Up to 15 Minutes. the Marinade Can Be Used Several Times, Keep in a Jar in the Fridge.
