Shredded French-Dip Sandwiches

Features:
    Cuisine:

Just for fun, add a sliced onion and some mushroom toward the end of cooking. They won't need a lot of cooking and will dress up the sandwiches. OHHH- while they are HOT, put some swiss (or cheese of choice) cheese slices on the meat. It'll melt and be Gr8!

Shredded French-Dip Sandwiches, This makes some of the best hot sandwiches Delicious, deeply flavored beef with rich aujus for dipping Put it together in the morning and come home to a great meal! We like it with a green salad and some chips on the side I’m not sure where this came from- maybe the food network or some magazine The left-overs(if there are any) freeze well Thaw, thicken the aujus and add any remaining meat and serve over rice or noodles , Just for fun, add a sliced onion and some mushroom toward the end of cooking They won’t need a lot of cooking and will dress up the sandwiches OHHH- while they are HOT, put some swiss (or cheese of choice) cheese slices on the meat It’ll melt and be Gr8!, A variation would to tear apart a cooked pork shoulder roast that was injected w/ BBQ sauce beforehand and make a BBQ French style dip sandwich Giving people a side bowl of sauce to dip their sandwich in Toast the opened buns some under the broiler if you don’t have a wide slot toaster Oh of course leave off the slaw
