Shrimp Alfredo, If you thought regular fettucine Alfredo was good, wait till you try this!, Just curious. What does yolks process do to sauce?, This was so easy but so good! Best Alfredo I have ever made. Advice to someone trying to make it for the first time: don’t rush. Treat the shrimp and sauce gently, warming it moderately rather than shooting for a quick heat up. It will turn out perfectly. A nice crusty bread and some white wine made the Valentine’s Day meal perfect.
