in a Medium Saucepot, Combine 2 Tablespoons Oil, Ginger, and Onions Then Fry Over High Heat Until Sauteed. Add All Seasonings (except Salt), Tomatoes, Spinach and Cilantro. Cook For 2 Minutes. |

Combine Flour, Milk, 1 Tablespoon Oil, and 1 Teaspoon Salt in Small Bowl and Stir. Adjust Ingredients Until "biscuit Dough" Consistentcy Is Attained. Spread Onto Glass Bakeware (at Least 1 Inch Tall) With Spoon Until 1/4 Inch Layer Is Formed. Create Lip About 1 Inch Up the Sides of the Glass. Add Cooked Ingredients Directly on Top of Dough. Cover With Shredded Cheese. |
