Shrimp and Tortellini, This is a very simple shrimp and pasta dish that I love. I recommend using fresh basil because the flavor is better., Have made this twice, second time my shallot had gone south so subbed with minced onion. A nice quick dinner, thanks for sharing this., AWESOME recipe!!! I was skeptical at first, but this recipe is a WINNER! I had to sub and tweak a bit due to what was on hand, but this will nOw be a weekly meal! used dried tortellini Fresh Market sun dried tomato and oregano, half parm/half asiago cheese. I added a bit of garlic and spinach to make it a one-pot meal, and it was AWESOME! after tasting, I added a dash of cream just to stretch the sauce, and that didn’t disappoint, either! Normally, I make receipes to the letter the first time, this recipe simply kept going and going… if you haven’t tried this recipe yet, please do!Thanks for this lovely recipe!!
