Shrimp Mousse,A recipe from Ricardo but it comes from a pupular singer in Quebec : Laurence Jalbert,Simple delicious. I loved the simple, less complex, flavor that showcased the shrimp and the very mild touch of garlic. What a great summer dish. I’d recommend making it up early in the day and chilling it until lunch or whenever you want to use it. It was perfect on a seed covered cracker. Made for Photo Tag.
