Directions
Shrimp & Peppers Stir Fry, This is a good one that combines the 4 basic food groups , Shrimp, Onions, peppers, and Mushrooms. All in all a well balanced meal., I added 1/4 tsp chili flakes for a little heat, some ginger, because I like it and 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar as this was a little salty to me., Eating this right now. Pretty good, will make again. Did tweak a bit with some fresh pineapple, and cilantro at end. Added about half cup more water, more garlic, and about I T crushed, red pepper for some zing. used jumbo, wild, Argentinian shrimp…fantastic! Next time, I might throw in some cherry tomatoes also!
