Shrimp Pinwheels, $200 Winner for the party appetizers category November 2005 From BHG Time is an estimate , I really enjoyed these! We actually had them for dinner, not as an appetizer It was a bit rich for a dinner, but really tasty!, I have to say that I was really excited to make these but kind of disappointed with the results I followed the recipe to the letter (aside from shredding the spinach) and I found it to be way too lemony for my taste I was also hoping that the avocado flavor would come through I think if I make these again, I’ll cut back on the lemon juice
