Signature Peach Pie,Although I haven’t made this yet I am planning on making this yummy sounding peach pie before peach season is over. Recipe source: newspaper.,Excellent peach filling. I no longer have an oven, so did this in my micro with toasted cobbler topping made in my frying pan sprinkled on top. Very nice. Thanks so much. I never would have thought of using 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugars. I did reduce the overall sugars by about 1/2, though. Peaches are VERY sweet this time of year!,Can’t wait to make the recipe of luscious peach pie. Simple and easy. When recipe calls for 2T. of anything, that’s alot and I wouldn’t skimp. I’ll send in my review next baking day.
