Virginia’s Easy Lasagne,I love this recipe! You don’t have to cook the lasagne noodles, separately, and it always turns out great! I got the recipe from a box of Skinner lasagne noodles, years ago, and I’ve been making it, this way, ever since!,This recipe is missing steps. If you look up the REAL Virginia’s Lasagne on the Skinner box, it is not only different, but this recipe from Brenda misses a whole step about combining the cheese and eggs. Fix it!,Ive been making Virginias Easy Lasagna for at least 20 years! I made it for my Bunko group and they wont let me make anything else! I serve with roasted garlic, salad and French bread delicioso!
