Simple Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie,This is so good and easy to make. The recipe came from the back of the Bisquick Mix package.,Instead of chicken broth & chicken used Cream of chicken soup. It made it even quicker to make and my family just loved it.,Just thought of something re-reading the recipe for the 3rd or 4th time……the 1/3 cup milk and the remainder of the Bisquick – is that what is supposed to go over the top of the mixture? Gosh I had to use a lot more than 2 tbsps. of milk to have the Bisquick form a ball, so used some of the 1/3 cup??? I’ll wait for a bit, if I don’t get a response, I’ll figure that was what was meant…..although, I have to say, this could have been written a little easier……i.e. separate the crust and topping ingredients from the filling? Maybe?

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. |

Cut 2 Tablespoons Butter Into 1 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix Until Mixture Resembles Fine Crumbs. |

Pat Dough on Bottom and Up to Rim of an Ungreased Pie Plate. |

Heat Remaining Butter in 2 Quart Saucepan Until Melted. |
