Simple Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie, This is so good and easy to make The recipe came from the back of the Bisquick Mix package , Instead of chicken broth & chicken used Cream of chicken soup It made it even quicker to make and my family just loved it , Just thought of something re-reading the recipe for the 3rd or 4th time the 1/3 cup milk and the remainder of the Bisquick – is that what is supposed to go over the top of the mixture? Gosh I had to use a lot more than 2 tbsps of milk to have the Bisquick form a ball, so used some of the 1/3 cup??? I’ll wait for a bit, if I don’t get a response, I’ll figure that was what was meant although, I have to say, this could have been written a little easier i e separate the crust and topping ingredients from the filling? Maybe?
