Simple Boil and Bake Crispy Chicken Wings,This is more of a method than a recipe, but this is how I always make wings now. I find boiling them first helps get rid of more of the fat, and they get crispier in the oven.,You are right this is a method not a recipe. But I am so very grateful for that method! Boiling for 15 minutes is great before placing the wings on the grill for 10 minutes. Perfect every time! Wish I could make this indoors during the cold winter months but my smoke detector isn’t a fan of the broiler unfortunately. Basically anyone could take this method of boiling first then finish them off with any kind of sauce they wanted whether under Broiler or on grill. Thank you!!!,So incredible. I lost track of this site for awhile after I first made wings this way and I spent a ridiculous amount of time searching the web for it. In the meantime I tried many similar methods, but none are as perfect as this one!

I Put the Bbq Sauce in the Bottom of a Big Metal Bowl and Keep It on the Stove Near the Oven Vent So That Is Warms Up a Bit. |

Remove the Wings from the Oven and Pat With Paper Towels to Remove More Grease If Necessary (i Bake Mine on Parchment Paper, So That Absorbs Some of the Grease For Me). |
