    Simple Broccoli Quiche, This recipe always goes over really good at gatherings It is a finger food also I originally found the recipe on the net but changed the cheese , Use less cream if using wet vegetables like tomatoes , Good I did not cook (or thaw) my crust first Not smart I should have thawed it at least and next time will probably even cook it for 10 minutes before filling with quiche Also a little creamier than we like used 6 eggs and 1 cup of cream Next time I will use a little less cream, especially if using wet vegetables like tomatoes Overall, pretty good though

    Thaw Broccoli in Microwave 2 Minutes.

    Cut Up Cheese in Little Cubes.

    Beat All Eggs and Add the Broccoli, Cheese, Salt and Pepper.
