    Simple Cider Vinaigrette,Came across this recipe in July’s Alive magazine, who needs bottled dressing when you can put this together in a matter of a few minutes. This pairs nicely with quinoa salad or any crisp green salad.,Add 1t of mayo to promote emulsion,This was just perfect: sweet but not too, tart but not too. Hubby — who tends to be an oil and vinegar purist (occasionally with some grated Parm or Romano thrown in) — was suitably impressed!
