Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 green bell peppers (seeded and chopped)
1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
1/2 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
2 - 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (used the gourmet garden brand that comes in a paste in a tube)
2 (7/8 g) packets of true lime crystallized limes
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic, to taste (i love garlic so i'm generally quite liberal with it)
1 (7/8 ounce) packet of guacamole dip mix (use simply organic brand)
1 - 2 tablespoon chia seeds (as a thickener)
