The Realtor’s Easy Chocolate Ice Cream,This is the easiest chocolate ice cream! Give it a try, you’ll like this one!,Excellent so far! The ice cream base is chilling!,Alrighty, review time. First I need to say that I didn’t use Hershey’s syrup, instead I made up a batch of Recipe #152833 using Splenda and fat free evap milk (the whole can because I wanted it thinner). After that had cooled it was on the the ice cream which was made with the whipping cream but used fat free coffee creamer for the milk and again Splenda for the sugar. What I couldn’t resist was using the entire batch of the fudge sauce. If your a seasoned chocoholic like me you will certainly understand and approve of this move but if not you’ll think that this was useless overkill. From my point of view I got a wonderful, pretty much ok (can’t discount that fat in the cream!) diabetic style ice cream: YAY! IF you should try it my way you’ll want to add some extra (to taste) Splenda to the ice cream mix before freezing and remember that the mix will taste sweeter before freezing than after. Go my children of the glucose testing and enjoy a creamy, delicious. wonderful chocolate treat……….and try not to eat the whole batch in two servings which would be far too easy to do! Thanks Realtor for an ice cream that I’ll make many times over.
