Simple Mushroom Omelette,Omelettes are international, here is a lovely recipe from India, with onions, mushrooms and mustard powder. Don’t let the mustard powder scare you, its very good in this dish. Hope you will enjoy this simple recipe.,I love mushrooms, and omelets are always a hit with my family. So I was certain this recipe would be wonderful. And it is, we really liked it. The addition of the ground mustard was a nice touch, and I might increase that just a bit next time. Like a few others, I wasn’t sure what a pyaj onion is, so used shallots and it worked out well; I hope that’s an acceptable substitute for this recipe. It’s a simple recipe that produces a wonderful breakfast omelet though. Thanks, Baby Kato.
