Simple Oven-Baked Sea Bass, If you’re looking for a simple recipe that really preserves the delicate flavor of sea bass, then I highly recommend you try this one You can try this with other types of fish but my version used a Chilean sea bass The original recipe came from SparkRecipes and this is my simplified version of it Enjoy!, Made this last night and it was really good My husband gave it a delicious rating so I will certainly make it again It was very easy to make I did add some white wine and I also added some lemon zest to the olive oil mixture then topped it off with a squeeze of lemon juice Will try this on other fishes as well like halibut or filet , I love this recipe I saute some kale and place it in with the fish and put butter on top of the fish 10min before it’s ready Delicious!
